Upon receipt of your booking form, with payment, your places will be confirmed
Any cancellation or transfer must be received in writing 14 days before the event.
Bookings cannot be cancelled / transferred or refunded from 7 days prior to the event, however, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the programme begins.
